We’re launching a low-key, fun run around the harbour — to and from a cracking little pub 🍻

Open to everyone, this is a flat, relaxed 4.25k route with no junctions, roads or hazards to worry about 🏃‍♀️🌊 Perfect whether you’re easing into running or just fancy a sociable jog.

We’ll finish up at the wonderful pub affectionately known as the Mard 🍺❤️ The landlord has kindly agreed to hold a bag drop for us 🎒 and afterwards everyone’s welcome to stick around for a well-earned drink and a chat.

Run first, pub after — what’s not to like? 😄🍻

Times - 18:45 meet at pub and drop bags
19:00 - quick warm up and then the run
19:30(ish) - back at the pub for a well earned pint - peeps who don’t wish to run are welcome to join us around this time
