Players new to the Cyberpunk RED tabletop roleplaying game are welcome!
Character creation rules are as follows:
*The 10 character statistics will have 62 points to assign amongst them
*Characters will have 86 points to purchase skills, remember that you have 14 skills you must purchase
*No skill may be purchased lower than rank 2 or higher than rank 6
*Your Armor/Cyberware/Gear/Weapon budget for initial outfitting is 2,550 Eurobucks (eb), anything you don't spend from the 2,550 eb is yours to keep
*You have 800 eb to purchase clothing and fashion cyberware, however you do not get to keep any unspent funds from this amount
