**Where We'll Meet**
We'll be walking on the two-mile [Par 4 Trail](https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/california/par-4-trail) near El Cajon, rated easy on AllTrails. We'll meet at the trailhead on Par 4 Drive.

**What You'll Need**

1. Binoculars are great, but if you don't have them, don't let that stop you from showing up! You can [borrow binoculars from San Diego Public Libraries](https://www.sandiego.gov/public-library/check-out-nature) with their backpacks.

3. Water and comfortable shoes for walking on the trail.
4. The [Merlin app](https://merlin.allaboutbirds.org/) is optional, but a great tool for IDing birds.
