About The Route
This 4 mile hike up Bernardo Mountain is just the right balance of views and light exercise. This is a custom route on AllTrails, so you won't find it if you search in the app. View the route here.
Where We’ll Meet
This trail starts in a neighborhood, in the cul-de-sac the end of La Calma Rd. We'll meet at the trailhead there!
What You’ll Need
- Headlamp or flashlight for the walk back down!
- Always bring water, even if you don’t think you’ll need it!
- Trekking poles optional
- Sun protection
- Friendly dogs welcome!
