**inner selves**, away from the overwhelming speed and demands of modern life. Through artistic exploration and sensory experience, this is where creativity becomes a tool for **self-understanding**, and where healing is approached not as a cure, but as a personal journey of awareness and acceptance. 』

We Reflect We Heal Vol.4 — Fragment of Scent: The Invisible Touch of Memory 🎉

Discover how fragrance touches memory, emotion, and the unseen layers of your inner world.
In this workshop, we use **scent meditation** and **collage art** to gently guide you into a deeper connection with yourself.
Collage is more than cutting and pasting—it is a way to **feel materials**, **sense your environment**, and **give form to emotions that words cannot express**.
Together with the subtle power of fragrance, this becomes a journey of introspection, grounding, and creativity.
Every step is designed to help you slow down, relax, and follow your senses—especially your sense of smell.
No art experience is needed.

### **Scent Meditation**

We begin with a guided scent meditation to open your senses and settle your mind.

### **Group Talk / Scent Sculpture Walk**

We experience the fragrance collectively—observing how it shifts, expands, or evokes sensations through time.

### **Memory Writing**

While smelling the scent paper, you will write down the memories, emotions, images, or sensations that arise.

### **Collage Creation Session**

Using your written reflections as inspiration, you will create a personal collage that visualizes how the fragrance resonates within you.

### **Binding Your “Scent Journal”**

We finish by binding your collage pieces into a small, personal scent journal—a physical record of your inner journey.
