An interactive workshop for practicing body language, conversation, and authentic social connection.

The way we show up shapes the connections we create. Every social interaction is influenced by our attention, body language, and conversation. In this workshop, we'll explore these everyday skills through simple, interactive exercises that help you cultivate presence—not just within yourself, but with the people around you.

Together, we'll practice bringing greater awareness to our communication, exploring how we connect beyond words, how our attention shapes connection, and how small shifts in presence can transform everyday interactions. Whether you're meeting someone for the first time, strengthening existing relationships, or simply wanting to feel more comfortable in social situations, these are practical skills you can carry into every conversation.

You'll leave with practical exercises you can continue exploring long after the workshop ends, giving you more confidence in how you show up, connect with others, and contribute to the communities you're a part of.

Come meet some great people, try something new, and spend an afternoon practicing one of life's most valuable skills: connecting with other human beings.

Note: The venue is a yoga studio, and requires us to remove our shoes at the door. Please respect the space.

## About the Instructor

Craig Gibbons has spent the past 15 years studying, teaching, and practicing the art of human connection.
A lifelong student of social dynamics, he's taught thousands of students, led workshops and community events, coached professionals, and built communities centered around helping people feel more confident, connected, and at ease with one another.
Craig believes that connection is one of life's most important skills—and like any skill, it can be practiced. His workshops combine practical exercises with a playful, experiential approach that helps people become more present, more authentic, and more comfortable in their everyday interactions.
As the founder of We Should Be Social, Craig's mission is to help people build stronger relationships and stronger communities by creating more opportunities to practice connection.

Workshop begins promptly at 2PM.
