The Vision:
We the Alchemist is an Integration Community as well as a Healing and Evolutionary Arts Collective.
We are experiencing a great paradigm shift in human consciousness. The shift takes us, particularly those of us in the Western world, from I/Me individuality to the Individuated collective voice of We. Humanity is approaching an integration point – from which we can grow into a Universal Humanity. Humanity in right relationship with itself, with all other living beings, with the planet we inhabit, and with the universe in which we reside.
We the Alchemist is a bridge from our current dominant paradigm into the new paradigm, supporting individual, group, and organizational healing and integration, for collective evolution. It is a Healing and Evolutionary Art Collective, and community. We the Alchemist is made up of individuated healers, visionaries, and artists working together for collective healing and evolution.

Capacity: 12 humans total, seating is limited
Seating: Chairs are not provided. Some prefer to sit on the grass and some prefer to bring a chair. Whatever you need to feel comfortable is welcome.

You are warmly invited, just exactly as you are, to join us for two hours of authentic relating, where we will play The Noticing game. The game is simple: be present, bring your attention and your curiosity. Share whatever is present and alive and real for you in the moment. If you don't feel like talking, then don't! Do what feels authentic for you and honor your authentic experience. This is a relational meditation and an emergent space. The vibe can be anything from silly and playful to profound and it is impossible to predict because it is created by the people who show up, and by how they participate.

A note about location. This gathering is held at a cemetery. Portland Metro has issued a permit for these gatherings. While many participants find this location to be beautiful and peaceful, it is not for everyone. If for any reason this is not a fit for you, please take a look at our other gatherings, which are not located In a cemetery.
SCHEDULE
9:30am - 9:55am - please plan to arrive
10:00am - no one admitted after this time. Once we set the container, latecomers are a disruption. You can leave at any time, but please don't arrive late.
12:00pm - games will be complete by this time
ITINERARY
15 minutes - quick intro and brief guided meditation
15 minutes - review agreements, set the container
30 minutes - play the noticing game
10 minutes - break
20 minutes - play the noticing game
15 minutes - sharebacks, open the container
Everyone is invited to socialize after! We can shift to a nearby cafe or coffeehouse.
AGREEMENTS
Participants typically find the agreements below to be reasonable guidelines for how to play well together. Please look these over so that you have a basic understanding of the edges of our "sandbox." Reviewing these agreements is not considered your consent. The facilitator will share these agreements again at the gathering, will ask for understanding, any additions or requested modifications can be negotiated at that time with the group, and consent will be shared in real time.

We understand that circumstances change, there can be various unplanned life events, and that is OK! Please update your RSVP as soon as you become aware that you cannot make it, and that will open your seat up to the next person on the waitlist. If there is a repeated pattern of NO SHOW and NO MESSAGE, you may lose your access to these events. It's always best to communicate! - Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service animals.
- Tobacco, alcohol, and illegal drugs are not allowed.
- Please arrive sober (prescription medications are fine). Being connected to yourself will support you and the group in deriving the most value from the game.
- Feel free to bring your water, food, and snacks. Plan on packing out everything that you bring in.
