Directed by S.S. Rajamouli, the Baahubali duology is an Indian epic action saga following a tribal warrior who discovers his royal lineage. He fights to overthrow a tyrannical ruler to avenge his father and free his mother, balancing family legacy with massive battles for the kingdom of Mahishmati.

[Baahubali: The Beginning (2015): Shivudu, raised in a secluded tribe, climbs a massive waterfall to explore his surroundings. He falls in love with a warrior, Avantika, and takes on her mission to rescue Devasena, the captive queen of Mahishmati, finally learning of his true heritage.

[Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017): The story reveals the past of Shivudu's father, Amarendra Baahubali, showcasing his bravery, his romance with Devasena, and his betrayal by his brother, Bhallaladeva, and royal commander Kattappa. The film centers on the fight for justice and the return of the rightful king.
