About Sofia Borodulina:

Sofia is a Harvard Business School educated Executive Coach (ACC). Her focus area is Emotional Intelligence.

Sofia has spent most of her career in Talent Acquisition, where she has been extensively focussed on building high-performing teams. She has also spent more than eight years teaching mindfulness for businesses, and since 2019 also emotional intelligence.

Sofia has designed and facilitated more than 15 different programs and her "21-day mindfulness challenge" has been a finalist at the German HR-Excellence Awards.

Having lived in six countries, Sofia works across borders with clients such as Harvard Business School, Oxford10, Bank Muscat, UNICEF and Daimler.

Sofia is a certified #IamRemarkable and Search Inside Yourself (Google-born emotional intelligence program) facilitator. She is also certified in several personality assessment tools, holds a Master's Degree in International Development from Cornell University and has graduated from the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School
