Flip School, What Not to Do!

By member's popular demand the topic for the February meeting for the Edmonton Real Estate Mastermind group is; what not to do when renovating a property for resale.

As always this is an interactive discussion based group. Members who have renovated and sold property please come prepared to share your top three things NOT TO DO drawing from your own experiences.

All levels of experience are welcome to attend, if you have done hundreds of projects or contemplating your first this will be a great and fun evening of learning from one another.

Cost: $12 at the door (e-transfer available).
Coffee will be served.

We meet in the Orchards Community Hall Building that was newly constructed so if your map looks like it's sending you to a field in a residential community, don't panic. You must sign in at the door of the Orchards Community Hall and go downstairs to meeting room.
