Last Call, Invite a Friend - From Dirt to Dividends - Raise TFSA / RRSP Capital

Details

Real estate developers face a familiar challenge: how to fund their next project without relying exclusively on institutional debt or equity partners. Axiom Advisors has a solution that changes the playing field — structuring projects through a Mutual Fund Trust specifically tailored for real estate.
In this session, you'll discover how to raise millions in registered capital from average Canadians using your project’s built-in investment appeal. With Canada’s RRSP and TFSA accounts totaling over $2 trillion, there is a massive untapped opportunity for developers — if structured correctly.
Example in Action:
A BC-based commercial developer offered units in a project through an MFT, raising $4.2 million entirely from RRSP funds. These funds helped bridge the pre-construction phase, eliminating the need for high-interest bridge loans and de-risking the capital stack early.
Topics Covered:

  • How Axiom's trust structures meet CRA and securities regulations
  • Legal setup and timelines (no legal jargon required!)
  • Managing unit-holder expectations and distributions
  • Liquidity strategies for investors post-development

Benefits to You:

  • Raise more capital on more favourable terms
  • De-risk the development using registered funds and profit participation
  • Differentiate yourself from other developers competing for limited LP/GP capital
  • Improve investor loyalty and build repeat funders
  • Build a model you can rinse and repeat across multiple projects
