Self-Trust Reset: 5 day Reset Challenge

If you’ve been second-guessing yourself, overthinking decisions, or feeling disconnected from your inner voice, this gentle 5-day reset is an invitation to pause, realign, and rebuild self-trust — one day at a time.
Starting Monday 2nd at 1:30pm GMT, we’ll meet for 30 minutes each weekday in a calm, supportive space. Each session includes:
- a short, grounding meditation
- reflective questions designed to quiet self-doubt and reconnect you with your inner knowing
This isn’t about fixing yourself or pushing for change. It’s about creating space to listen, reset, and remember what it feels like to trust yourself again.
