You've read about anxious attachment. You know the theory.

You can probably name the avoidant-anxious dance in your sleep.
And yet — you still text him twice before he replies. You still rehearse the conversation in your head for forty minutes before you have it.

You still scan his tone, his timing, his silence, trying to work out whether you've done something wrong.
You still feel a tightness in your chest when his "active" status disappears.

The books haven't fixed it. Neither has the journalling.
Here's why.

Anxious attachment isn't a mindset. It's a body that learned, very early, that love wasn't safe — and a nervous system that's been on threat alert ever since. You can't read your way out of a nervous system pattern. You can't think your way out of it either.

You have to go to where it actually lives.
The body.
The subconscious.
The lineage.

That's what this workshop is for.

In 90 minutes, we'll cover:

  • What's actually happening in your body when you spiral about a relationship (and why willpower can't stop it)
  • Why anxious attachment is a survival response, not a personality flaw — and what changes when you start treating it that way
  • The earliest moments that taught your nervous system that love was unsafe (and why you don't need to remember them to heal them)
  • Hand-on activities to move from anxious to secure to becoming the version of you who can love without performing, gripping, or disappearing

This hands-on workshop is for you if:

  • You've tried therapy, books, and journalling and felt like none of it reached the root
  • You're "anxious" in dating, in relationships, or both — but high-functioning everywhere else in your life
  • You sabotage when things get close, then panic when they pull away
  • You're tired of being "the anxious one" and ready for something to actually change
  • You're curious about subconscious work but haven't found a way in that felt right

  • You want a comfortable, surface-level conversation about attachment styles
  • You're not open to going beyond cognitive understanding into body-level work
  • You're looking for someone to validate the pattern rather than help you change it

About me:
I'm Aurore — a hypnotherapist, RTT-informed practitioner, and coach. I work with women globally to release the subconscious patterns that keep them stuck in cycles their conscious mind can already see clearly but can't seem to interrupt. My work integrates the body, the subconscious, the lineage, and the chart — but you don't need to be spiritual to do this work. You just need to be ready.

A note:
This is a small group. I cap numbers deliberately so the work can go deep and so everyone has space to be witnessed. If you're on the fence, that's usually your nervous system speaking, not your judgement. The women who book this workshop are the women who, somewhere underneath, know it's time.
