We meet on the first Friday of each month, at 9:30 am during an open coffee session, where ladies come together to connect, share ideas, and engage in stimulating conversations. What if we could learn how to live a little 'happier'?
ABOUT KATHLEEN DESLOGES
Kathleen Desloges is the founder of The Mission Happy Lab, happiness coach, educator and speaker with over 30 years of experience as a classroom teacher. She is spending her retirement in the pursuit of further knowledge and sharing it through speaking, workshopping, podcasting and content creation. Kathleen blends brain science, mindfulness, and practical tools to show that happiness is not something that we search for or wait for but a learnable skill, something that we can choose for ourselves each and every day.

- This is a ladies-only event.
- General admission includes beverages, snacks, and access to a shared private room to have our meeting.
