Class descriptions:

Personal Safety and Threat Awareness - This course is a non-physical seminar instilling the mindset to become the predator for good instead of the prey. Personal safety and awareness will be taught through threat profiling skills, awareness techniques, anti-stalking tactics, and mindset principles that you will possess to protect yourself and loved ones for life.

Self-defense 1 and 2 - This physical course is the most easily retained, simple to learn, yet most effective personal defense taught. Using pre-contact cues, managing distance, defensive framing, defending from a punch, choke, grab or utilizing defensive striking. These techniques have been taught to officers in some of the most dangerous prisons and now are available to you.

You can buy 1, 2 or all 3 classes. All classes are standalone (you don't have to take one to take another) but it's helpful.

Classes are non-refundable. Classes can be transferred to another person, but no refunds are offered.

Please purchase your tickets in advance so we can adequately prepare for the number of students (more students require more teachers).

All students are invited to come back and review a class you’ve taken for FREE if you bring a friend.
