Beltane Gathering @ the Sacred Stone Circle of Lowton
Details
Join us for our Beltane Gathering - As we bring in new energy with the Sun - the half way celebration between Spring & Summer.
On the 1st weekend in May on the Sacred land at the Stone Circle in Lowton.
We will meet close to the entrance of Byrom Hall Woods (check event location) - here we have about a 20 minute walk and talk getting to know each other through beautiful woodlands.
At the Stone Circle we will take time to be present & mindful connecting with the Earth & ourselves with a grounding (earthing) exercise by putting our feet on the grass (all is optional of course - however, grounding/earthing has many proven health benefits).
There will be time to reflect since the equinox and let go of anything no longer serving - setting any new intensions or goals for the next season cycle.
Bringing a journal is recommended for any ideas/thoughts that you want to make note of.
There will be an option to share vulnerably to the group anything that is going on - giving chance to get to know each other past any small talk - all completely optional.
On the walk back we will complete the circuit of Byrom Hall Woods taking about 30 minutes to walk back to the meet point.
An optional drink at Blossom Bistro (5 minute drive away) to end the Meetup or leave after the walk those needing to get back.
What to bring:
Suitable footwear for mud! (This could change - there is just a couple places on the path towards the stone circle that are still a bit muddy!)
A change of footwear if wanting to go to Blossom Bistro afterwards.
A small towel maybe in case the grass is damp after Earthing, or maybe to sit on the stones with :)
A journal & pen.
So looking forward to meeting some of you!
