She has been leading gender diverse hiring and consulting for companies across Europe with a focus on Amsterdam and Berlin. She is passionate about consulting Women in Tech on salary scales, negotiating and career progression.

★ Aditi Sodhi - Engineering Manager - Sennder ★

Aditi is an Engineering Manager at Sennder. Aditi helps the Discovery and Planning teams build a world-class marketplace in the logistics space. She has mostly worked at an intersection of mathematics and technology for solving consumer and enterprise problems. These problems ranged from optimizing collateral using regression models (Goldman Sachs) to automating embroidery and stitching-related tasks using bezier geometry and machine learning (Vistaprint).
She likes being a manager, as it comes with plenty of mentoring and coaching opportunities and gives her an opportunity to solve technical problems. Aditi wants to build her career in management and she wants to continue to do this at a larger scale.
