• Meet from 10.45am, session starts at 11am,
• Weavers Fields, Bethnal Green
• Inclusive, mixed-ability training session. Suitable for beginners.
• Sessions cost £5 (first one free), or 'pay what you can afford' for low-income or unwaged.
