- Meet from 10.45am, session starts at 11am,
- Weavers Fields, Bethnal Green
- Inclusive, mixed-ability training session. Suitable for beginners.
- Sessions cost £5 (first one free), or 'pay what you can afford' for low-income or unwaged.
