#Weaving Insight: Psychedelic Integration Circle | Asheville

A welcoming community for embodied integration, meaningful connection, and lasting change.

Profound experiences—whether through psychedelics, meditation, breathwork, time in nature, or significant life transitions—can open the door to insight. Integration is the ongoing practice of weaving those insights into the way we live, relate, and care for ourselves.

Weaving Insight is a recurring community circle for adults who are interested in approaching integration with intention, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we'll explore practices that help translate meaningful experiences into sustainable personal growth.

Each gathering may include:

  • Grounding and mindfulness practices
  • Somatic and embodied awareness exercises
  • Guided reflection and journaling
  • Small and large group discussion
  • Community connection and mutual learning
  • Practical tools for integrating insights into daily life

This is a welcoming space for people with all levels of experience. Whether you're integrating a recent psychedelic experience, reflecting on experiences from years ago, or simply interested in learning more about the integration process, you are welcome here.

Our gatherings emphasize:

  • Respect for diverse perspectives and experiences
  • Confidentiality and compassionate listening
  • Personal responsibility and informed decision-making
  • Curiosity over certainty
  • Embodied practice alongside conversation

This is not a psychedelic use event. No substances are used, provided, encouraged, or discussed for the purpose of obtaining them. This group is intended solely as a community space for education, reflection, and integration. It is not therapy, medical care, crisis support, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

Whether you come to share, listen, practice, or simply be in community, we invite you to join us as we explore what it means to transform moments of insight into a more grounded, connected, and aligned way of living.

Come as you are. Leave a little more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the path unfolding before you.
