How does one plan a Web Analytics implementation using Google Analytics?

I will present an 8-point Implementation Checklist intended primarily for Google Analytics.

The Checklist is both a plan outline and guide to practical implementation .

We will spend an hour on the presentation and 30 minutes on Q & A, leaving 30 mins+ for networking and exchanging ideas.
