About this event:
Nonprofit work is mission-critical—and often held together by heroic effort. This invite-only online roundtable brings together a curated group of Seattle-area nonprofit leaders for a candid, structured discussion about what’s limiting impact right now: staffing constraints, operational drag, reporting burdens, fundraising ops, and systems that don’t scale.
This is not presentation-heavy. It’s a guided conversation with peer sharing and facilitated synthesis.

Agenda (75 minutes):

• Intros: “Our biggest bottleneck is…”
• Roundtable discussion: capacity pain points + root causes
• Peer sharing: small wins that reduced workload or improved delivery
• Facilitator synthesis: patterns + practical next steps
• Optional: request a follow-on diagnostic / learn about the nonprofit Impact Accelerator
