What are soft skills? Cambridge dictionary defines soft skills as:*"people's abilities to communicate with each other and work well together"*For most engineers, technical aspect of their work is usually the fun part. The hard part is to deal with their team colleagues, managers and clients. To ensure that development team works well together, all engineers in this team need a certain set of personal attributes that will allow them to perform their job well, stay productive and be good team players. In this talk we will explain what are the most important soft skills that every engineer should have in their toolbox, how to develop those skills and how to use them to communicate and work well together.
