Publishing our first smart contract! 🎉 🚀

This event is mostly targeted for people who would like to understand what a smart contract is, and how you would go about shipping ⛴ your first smart contract to production! 🚀

We will go through how to set up a development environment and cover how to write a basic smart contract, get some ETH from a faucet, publish the contract on one of the testnets and see it running!

Some experience writing code is expected, but no "web3" experience is assumed.
