Swiss Clean Tech Networking Meet-Up

Welcome Executives, Founders, and Innovation Leaders interested and active in Clean Tech. If you share the belief that the only path to a profitable business is a sustainable business, this meet-up is for you.

You will meet like-minded professionals, innovators, investors, and entrepreneurs who want to discuss sustainability and how we can accelerate the transition to sustainable energy and net zero.

We are a group of passionate entrepreneurs and company builders with the vision of empowering great ideas, validating them with first users, and developing great software products: quickly and effectively. Join us on our mission to create a cleaner, greener future through sustainable ventures.

Who is this Meet-up for?
This is an English speaking meet-up group for Executives, Founders and Leaders, who are looking to network, learn and share their experiences in Clean Tech.

Why attend this Meet-up?

• Find investors: Our digital venture builder for sustainable ventures B-works has signed a collaboration with a number of notable European sustainability investors. This means that you will now have the opportunity to reserve a seat to pitch at the meet-up. If you are interested in pitching your idea or start-up to prospective investors, send us a message latest 3 days in advance and provide us with your slide deck link in Google sheets or PowerPoint. You will have 10 minutes to pitch and 5 minutes of Q&A. There's a limit to 3 pitches per event, so make sure to sign-up early.
• Present your company: There are 2 slots for presenting your company to the audience and to sponsor the meet-up. Please get in touch with us if you are interested in presenting or sponsorship.
• Find co-founders: This event is meant to help you find co-founders and like-minded people to help you succeed with your idea and start-up. It's about networking and sharing our idea for what's worked and what not, what to look out for and how to find and set-up all the ingredients for success: people, tech, strategy, execution and cash. Ensure to make the best use of this networking opportunity by mentioning what you are looking for in the intro round. We have the intro round in the first 15 minutes of every meet-up, so make sure to be on time.
• Find a great company to work for: This meet-up is also for experts and people looking to join innovative Clean Tech companies. It is meant as a gathering place for the Swiss sustainability community to exchange ideas and experience, and to find great employers, so make sure to point out your experience and expertise, and what you are looking for.
• Learn about sustainability and Clean Tech: We will feature speakers, industry experts and opinion leaders to present ideas and showcase state-of-the-art developments.
• Network and join the Sustainability Community in Switzerland: If you want to know the who is who, or are generally interested in the topic and want to learn how to contribute, join us!

When will we meet?
Once per month on Thursday from 6:30-8:30 PM. There will be no meet-ups during the summer break (July 15 - August 31) and the winter break (December 18 - January 6). The meet-up will take place if there are minimum 10 RSVPs.

Where do we meet?
Unless noted otherwise we will meet on the B-works terrace at Beethovenstrasse 32, 8002 Zürich on the 5th floor, office 621.
