Yay! Hope you are enjoying the high temperatures. The summer is coming and we are back with another event. The theme will be Web3 reloaded. We are also announcing a new venue at Barclays Moorgate branch, this is a premium venue just a minute away from the tube. Come join us! You won't be disappointed.

Doors will open at 5:45 PM, to start at 6:00 PM and be gone by 8pm. Remember to get in time so you don't miss out if we reach full capacity!

Today we are announcing Leo Crane, our first speaker. He is going to be discussing the future of filmmaking in Web3 aka Film3. Awesome! ✨🚀

Following the event, we will head to the Afterparty (Q Shoreditch). We have curated an NFT Gallery with local and international NFT artists!

• Film3: Fad or Rad? by Leo Crane

Leo is a creative producer, artist and co-founder of Figuration studio. His work includes animated films, immersive installations, and the first live opera NFT. Alongside his practice, he leads courses at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, V&A and British Library, drawing on 24 years’ experience in the arts.

In this talk, Leo explores the transformative power of Film3 as he brings his first feature film to the blockchain. He invites us to consider how film3 turns audiences in communities, disrupting financing, distribution and even the creative process itself.

• Demystifying NFT Pricing by Edouard Bessire

Edouard is the co-founder of GBM Auction, the web3 auction system where bidders make money when they are outbid. GBM has generated over $200M+ in bidding volume and award over $6M to bidders. In the NFT space since 2018, he was previously the co-founder of charitable celebrity NFT platform Cryptograph.

In this talk, Edouard will explore the complex world of NFT pricing and the importance of finding a fair value for digital assets. He will discuss the limitations of fixed pricing, as well as the pros and cons of traditional auction mechanisms.

• Web3 + Copilot AI = Magic by Liam Hampton

Liam is a Senior Regional Cloud Advocate at Microsoft. He is a tech blogger and a Software Engineer. He loves sharing his knowledge and creating content for others to learn from. When he is not writing code or presenting, you can find him exploring London's, studying different cultures, or jetting off to the next city on his travel list.

In this talk, Liam is going to show you how you can bring the world of Web3 and AI together. He will show you how you can utilise the power of GitHub Copilot to write your first lines of code and how to get started when creating a smart contract side-by-side with AI.
