Business Dilemma: Effective Tech Team Management

This event targets business owners, project managers, managers, product owners, tech gone management, developers, and other stakeholders.

One of the best known gripes in the tech world is that business people don't understand the needs of developers. Business people on the other hand feel there may often be a disconnect between them and their workforce.

In this presentation we will explore the work place from a developer's perspective, and shed light to business people how to improve their EQ with respect to developers.

We will see how there are many simple things we can implement today that do not require an MBA or reading dozens of book. It's simple and effective.

The goal of this presentation is to bridge the disconnect that exists between management and tech people. This is more prevalent in enterprise, but I'm sure we will learn from discussions with the audience where this exists.
