𝙉𝘼𝙂𝘼𝙔𝘼𝙇𝘼𝙉𝙆𝘼 -𝙇𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙏𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙎𝙀 The Lighthouse was built during 1898-1901 by using heavy lime concrete blocks. It was then known as Kistna (Havelock Point) Lighthouse and was an important aid for the Rangoon Ship Service. This light was functional until 1940 when Rangoon ship service was decommissioned due to war.
