Prospect Hill Stair Climb Workout
The Wedeln Ski Club is bringing back our Fall workouts to prepare for the ski/snowboard season. This year our workouts have relocated to the stairs at Prospect Hill Park. The workout is similar to our Harvard Stadium events from past years.
This is an interval workout, run/walk up the stairs and catch your breath on a slower walk down. We will also do some warmups. Enjoy the city skyline view in this recently renovated park. We will meet at the small water fountain next to the tower.
If you also need to get your drinking muscles ready for the winter we will apres at Remnant Brewing in Union Square.
