Fall Ski Fitness Workout- Join us for free stair running workouts to prepare for the ski/snowboard season. We will start off slow, so feel free to walk the stairs and go at your own pace. We are here to get in shape, some of us have a long way to go.
Prospect Hill Park offers multiple sets of stairs and provides an inspiring skyline view of Boston from its summit. This is an interval workout, run/walk up the stairs and catch your breath on a slower walk down. We will also do some warmups. We meet at the small water fountain next to the tower.
If you also need to get your drinking muscles ready for the winter, we will apres at Remnant Brewing in Union Square.
