T&D Quincy: Intervention and Policing the World

Hey everyone,
Welcome back in person! The war in Ukraine is on the minds and hearts of many (and who knows what might change in the next week before we gather).
How many of us have become armchair foreign policy experts when it comes to that part of the world? What, if anything, should the US and other foreign powers be doing to halt Russia? And - here's an unusual question for this group - how do you feel about the situation in Ukraine? And why?
More generally, at what point should nations get involved with foreign conflicts? At what point, if any, should nations go to war over foreign conflicts?
