Join us Wednesday for a Fun Table Tennis Session! 🏓
When: 19:30 - 21:00 at Sporthal Linkeroever
📢 NEW PRICE: 4 EURO
💸 Payment: Payconiq or cash
👥 Age: 18+ only
Venue Rules:

• Setup & Takedown: We are responsible for setting up and packing away the tables within our reserved time.
• No Locker Room: Change in the bathroom or come dressed in your sports outfit.

Session Rules:

1. Cancel 24 Hours in Advance:
   If you can't attend, please cancel at least 24 hours ahead so someone on the waiting list can take your spot. Last-minute cancellations are tough
   for us, as we aim for 8 players to ensure everyone has a partner.
2. No-Show Policy:

Not showing up several times in a row without any notification beforehand or cancelation can be disturbing for the group as we are counting on your presence to ensure everyone has a partner to play.
Hence this new rule:

• 1st No-Show: Reminder
• 2nd No-Show: Final Reminder
• 3rd No-Show: 3-session booking ban

3. Waiting list attendees: please check regularly the updates. If you got a spot, I will text you via the chatbox to ask for a confirmation from your side. If I don't get any response within max 2 hours you will automatically be move on the ''not going'' list and someone else on the waiting list will take your spot.

We’re not a competitive club — our goal is a relaxed, no-pressure environment where everyone can have fun, stay active, and enjoy some friendly games.
