What we’re about
DFW Foodie Gatherings – Hosted by Chef Irvin
Hi, I’m Chef Irvin! Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of creating incredible foodie experiences for major corporations and hotels across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. But recently, I’ve shifted my focus toward a more meaningful mission—feeding the animals of our homeless population in DFW. Starting this summer, I’m excited to bring together fellow food lovers for a variety of fun and delicious events.
We’ll begin with intimate gatherings at my home in Lakewood, where we can build a strong community of friends who share a passion for great food and meaningful connections. As we grow, we’ll expand to larger venues across the metroplex, creating even more exciting experiences. I’ve hosted events from 500 to 15,000 guests during my time as a chef for Marriott Corporation, and now, I look forward to building a vibrant group of food enthusiasts. Best of all, the proceeds from all of our events will support my organization, Wednesday’s Angels, which serves and feeds those in need on the streets of DFW every Wednesday.
Got ideas or suggestions for events? Shoot me an email—I’d love to hear from you!
