Purgatorio by Dante (on THURSDAY!)

Hi! Join us (on a THURSDAY) to discuss Purgatorio, the second part of Dante Alighieri's 14th-century epic poem the Divine Comedy.

I'll be reading the English translation by John Ciardi and/or the one by Dorothy L Sayers, but feel free to use whichever translation you prefer -- or indeed the original Italian!

If you sign up to attend the meeting, please read the book beforehand and be ready to join in with the conversation.

We'll probably be using Google Meet. If you've managed to get a place at the meetup you'll see the meeting link under the Online Event heading on the webpage for this meetup in due course.

Any problems logging in on the day of the meeting, please leave a message in the Comments section on Meetup. I usually check to see if anybody is having issues.

If for any reason you cannot attend the meeting, please remember to change your RSVP to "Not Going" as soon you realise you won't be able to attend.
