Newport to Elsenham

A most wonderful 9 mile walk in the fabulous open Essex countryside!

We shall buy group return train tickets to Newport ( Essex) as from 10am for the train at 10.28am that arrives at 11.27am.

Walk starts immediately.

You may wish to drive instead.

We shall have lunch by a pub in Widdington.

Please bring a packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/boots or trainers.

We shall aim to take the train back to London from Elsenham at 4.20pm.

Meetup fee : £5 payable in cash or in advance by bank transfer.
