Crowborough to Uckfield

A truly wonderful 8 to 9 mile walk in the glorious East Sussex countryside by woodlands and the Uck river.

We shall buy group return train tickets at around 9.30am for the train at 10.07am that arrives at Crowborough at 11.09am.

Or you may decide to drive.

Please bring packed lunch , water, snacks etc, waterproof jacket and walking shoes or trainers plus sunhat, suncream and sunglasses.

You should have adequate insurance for this type of activity and be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour.

We shall aim to take the train back to London from Uckfield at 4.33pm.
