Wiversfield to Lewes

An absolutely stunning 11.5 mile walk in the beautiful Sussex countryside and on the South Downs!

There will be a hill after lunch and the rest of the walk shall be a little undulating at times.

Please arrive by 9.30am so that we can buy group train tickets to Plumpton or use your passes : 9.54am train that arrives at Wiversfield at 10.54am.

Return train ticket : Lewes

The walk shall commence by 11am.

Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and trainers/boots/walking shoes.

You should be able to walk 2.5 miles an hour on the flat and have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity.

We shall have a drink around lunchtime and aim to take the train back at around 5.30pm.

Meet up fee £5 payable in cash or in advance by bank transfer.
