About us
Welcome to Weekend Scribbles and Coffee Shop Sketches. This is a low-pressure space for anyone who enjoys drawing, whether you are a lifelong artist or someone who just likes to doodle on the back of a napkin. The goal here is simple: we pick a local coffee shop, grab a table, and spend an hour or two sketching whatever catches our eye, or just working on our own projects while enjoying a good cup of coffee.
We meet to get out of the house, get away from our screens, and enjoy the quiet company of others who appreciate the creative process. There is no instruction and no critique, just a friendly group of people sharing a table and some paper. If you have been looking for a reason to pack your sketchbook and get out on a Saturday or Sunday morning, please join us. We look forward to seeing what you are working on.
