Trip from Delhi to Manali to Delhi during 14-17 August, 2014

Long Weekend Trip- Delhi to Manali

14th August: Leave from Delhi at night in a Volvo or a Taxi (Depending on the number of people)

15th August: Reach Manali before lunch and get settled in the dormitories (very economical - about Rs 300 per person per night) - We can explore Kasol also known as Mini Israel, a small but very beautiful place having a couple of good modestly priced Italian and Israeli food joints followed by a bonfire and a drinking session at night.

16th August: We can go towards Manikaran have langar as lunch followed by Solang Valley sightseeing and any other stuff that we can do probably (If it suits the budget as we are not on a packaged tour)

17th August: Anything that the majority wants. Then, we will leave by early evening in order to reach Delhi by early 18th Morning.

Please note: We will divide all the expenses among ourselves. The fixed costs are going to be travel from Delhi to Manali and Back (Estimate: 2000 per person); accommodation - 300 per person per day (600); incidentals - 400 per person. Variable Costs - Meals, bonfire, trekking, local travel which we can take care of on the spot.

Therefore, in order to be a part of the trip, one needs to contribute Rs. 4000 upfront and the leftovers (if any) can be distributed equally after reaching back to Delhi.
