Escape the City: A Quiet Nature Hike in Bad Saarow

Details

If you treat yourself to a break in the small town of Bad Saarow on the Scharmutzelsee (second largest lake in Mark Brandenburg), you will notice that it is very comfortable here in the middle of the beautiful green nature. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, there is a lot to discover and experience at any time of the year.

This will be a relaxed hike (about 12 km, up to 150 m elevation). On our way we will climb the view tower for the best views of the area. Another highlights are the remains of the Rauen ski jump (from 1954 to 1988, three ski jumping hills were in operation here), and the Maxim Gorki house.
