Join us for an easy, slow-paced, mindful meander - mostly in silence - on Morro Bay Strand (*see directions for WHERE) and enjoy the brilliance of the nearly full Beaver Moon (97% illumination). We'll take time to pause and enjoy the beauty above and all around us. This is a wonderful stress buster!

  • Guidance and suggestions will be shared to help participants stay mindfully present, engage the senses, and deepen your connection with the restorative energy of the moon and all the earthly elements.
  • The walk will be mostly in silence to allow for the body and mind to ground and clear, and awareness to sharpen.
  • There will also be with moments for sitting meditation and optional sharing reflections with the group. (Bring a towel or mat to sit on in case of wet sand)
  • No prior meditation or mindfulness practice is necessary.
