Join us for an introductory breathwork and meditation session where we relax, unwind and move through the week with intention and clarity. ✨
6:15- 6:30 PM PT- Introduction, Q and A
6:30-7 PM PT- Stretching, Breathwork and Meditation

The session takes place every Wednesday! We usually meet every Wednesday at 6:30-7PM PT on Zoom, but since this is your first session, we are starting at 6:15PM PT so we can get acquainted before we begin the group session with stretching, breathwork and meditation at 6:30 PM.
