Weekly Cold Plunge at the Forty Foot

This is a weekly sea cold plunge, open to anyone who wants to connect, refresh, and grab coffee after (if you have time). You don’t have to be experienced or stay in long, just showing up for yourself is all that matters.

📍 Where: Forty Foot (meet at the shelters - I’ll share a pin once you RSVP)
🕢 When: Every Wednesday at 7:30 AM for sunrise
☕️ After: Optional coffee nearby before work
🌦️ Rain or shine - we dip!
