Get introduced to Sahaja Yoga Meditation at the wonderful Mahwah Public Library.

We accept walk-ins, first timers or anybody - there are no age, physical health, or other restrictions.

No need to bring a yoga mat! We generally meditate while sitting on chairs, though you can bring a mat and meditate on the ground if you prefer.
