COVID 19 Update

During this stressful time, we need a way to reduce stress and find peace within us more than ever.

We will be hosting online meditation classes every Thursday 7:30 - 8:30pm until we are able to resume our regular in-person weekly meditation at the Mahwah library. Please RSVP to see information on how to join, or contact us if you need help!

We accept walk-ins, first timers or anybody - there are no age, physical health, or other restrictions.

No need to bring a yoga mat! We generally meditate while sitting on chairs, though you can bring a mat and meditate on the ground if you prefer.
