Details

What: Weekly Mindfulness group sessions, your place to practice mindful conscious awareness and to maintain motivation. The sessions include a brief introduction for the day’s topic, the mindfulness exercise itself and time for group discussion. You are encouraged to bring your journal along!
Why: Mindfulness is an evidence based practice proven to increase wellbeing, motivation, concentration, sense of peace. It can also be used to reduce the negative impacts of chronic stress. Regular practice increases and maintains the benefits, therefore we will be practicing weekly to build our resilience towards stress.
When: Every Sunday 10 am EST

Requirements:
18 years old +
Have internet connection
Understand English (contact me if you want to join a French or Bulgarian group)
Experience: Beginner to Advanced
Group Safety: While you can remain anonymous to the group (camera off), I need to have verified your profile prior to joining the session through a direct call.
