Winter Hike (McKenny Trailhead Cap forest)

We'll be doing the equine loop in capitol forest starting from the Margaret McKenney trailhead. It's a popular horse trail in the summer but looks like a nice place for a winter walk, not steep and not too long.

Distance = 3.14 miles
Elevation gain of 600 feet over the course of the walk.

Discovery pass is required, especially since we'll be parking at a popular trailhead, if you don't have one let me know and we can carpool from the Haggen in west Olympia
