Are you a woman 50+ who wants to get outside for some exercise in a safe manner? Are you dealing with arthritis issues, back injuries, or getting back to exercise? This is the place for YOU!  

Step out of the ordinary and embrace your inner explorer! Join our exclusive 50+ walking group, where we'll venture into city parks, meet with kindred spirits, and engage in profound discussions about living life to the fullest—right in our local area!
Whether you're a beginner, recovering from an injury, or simply need a slower pace, you're welcome here. I, too, have my physical limitations and don't walk at a fast pace. But I cherish the opportunity to explore and meet new friends.

If you're looking for a brisk walking group, this might not be the right fit for you. Our focus is on leisurely walking and enjoying the journey.

Exercise is good for our minds and bodies alike. I am an exercise therapist who works with women aged 55+ to help them move well, enabling them to do what they love. There are absolutely no sales on my walks. These walks are being organized because I love the outdoors and enjoy meeting others who want to be active but need to move a little more slowly.
