Location: Trinity River Audubon Center

Time: 10:00am - 11:30am

We'll meet inside the visitor's center before hitting the trail.

AllTrails Description:
Get to know this 2.5-mile out-and-back trail near Dallas, Texas. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 47 min to complete. This trail is great for birding, hiking, and running, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. You'll need to leave pups at home — dogs aren't allowed on this trail.

What to Expect:
We will start off this walk with a short discussion with the center coordinator, a stretch then hit the trail. We will also have time to reflect during the halfway point, and at the end of the walk, we will meditate and have time to journal. Make sure to bring water, snacks, and YOUR JOURNAL! Wear sunblock, comfortable walking shoes, and weather-appropriate clothing. Be sure to check the weather the day prior.

Notes:
Please be punctual, and remember to leave time to park, walk to our meeting place, and be present for our stretching time before take-off! We will be meeting in front of the main entrance to the center.

*The event is free. The location asks if all visitors can register prior to coming*
