If you have tried and failed to loose those extra kilos then this group is for you. I'll go through with you how to loose weight fast and make sure those extra kilos stays off. The only thing you'll need is a desire to get in better shape and together we will make it happen. I am NOT a PT and have not been trained by any professionals. I weighed 115 kgs and walked off 37 kgs in 7 months and I want to share my personal achievement with whoever desires to loose some weight or want to shape up!
